Cancellation Policy

A 25% deposit is required for all appointments and will be applied toward your total balance at checkout.

• Cancellations: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the 25% deposit being retained.

• No-Call, No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, a 50% charge of the scheduled service will be applied to the card on file.

• Late Arrivals:
  We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be rescheduled, and your 25% deposit will be retained. This helps us stay on schedule and respect the time of all our clients.
